If you need to return an item, please contact us within 10 days of receipt for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION. We will take back your purchase provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. You will be responsible for paying all return shipping charges unless we determine we made an error in shipping or fulfilling the order. Upon our receipt of the returned merchandise, appropriate credit adjustments will be made. If any item ordered is temporarily out of stock, the available merchandise will be shipped immediately. UPS Second Day Air Service is not available to Canada. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO. Shipping Charges are an additional $2.00 for orders shipping outside the U.S. to cover declaration and documentation. All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars. International freight charges will be added to your order based upon the weight, size, and destination of your merchandise. All international orders (outside the U.S.) will be shipped via UPS International. To calculate applicable shipping charges, contact UPS International in the U.S. by telephone at 800-782-7892. The UPS Operators at this number will provide local UPS contact telephone numbers for the country in which you are located as well as determining International shipping rates, customs brokerage services, and package tracking information. Please note: Payment of any applicable customs transaction fees, import duty, taxes or brokerage services levied on merchandise sent is the sole responsibility of the customer or recipient. A correct street address, postal code, and local contact telephone number is required by UPS International for delivery. UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box or an APO/FPO.
